Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I feel honored to help others cope, process, and alleviate their pain so that they are able to live their life to its full potential. I have a passion for working with younger adults looking to recover from eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and trauma from abuse.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe that in therapy, trust is the crux of healing. As a counselor, it is my mission to create a trustworthy, caring, and safe therapeutic alliance with my clients so that they are empowered to be their genuine self, both in and outside of our sessions together. I gravitate towards a collaborative and eclectic process, where I learn about their unique perspectives and the life experiences that shaped them, so that we are able to establish healing solutions as a team.

What you can expect from our first session

My hope for every session with a client is that they are able one step closer to learning how to love and appreciate their authentic selves. This could look unique every week and I hope they take away that they will not be alone during this healing process.
