Specializes in

LGBTQIA+ and Relationship Issues

Great to meet you!

My most typical clients are women that are dealing with life transitions. That can include a variety of topics such as breakups, family conflict, career challenges, feelings of insecurity, attachment issues, friendship issues, anxiety/depression, and just general "I don't know what I'm doing with my life". I also specialize in working with clients from the LGBTQIA community, that are looking for a safe space to seek mental health treatment.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is person centered. You are the expert on your own life, I am here to help guide you through telling your story and to come to meaningful conclusions. I offer gentle observations and suggestions, as well and unconditional support and encouragement. I aim to empower my clients to live their lives authentically and to hold clear boundaries with the important people in their lives.

What you can expect from our first session

I often have clients tell me that they feel heard and understood after our sessions together. I have also been told numerous times that my clients feel a weight lifted off of them after letting go of whatever they have been holding on to for so long.
