Great to meet you!

What if what you fear the most will heal you the most?

I work/have worked with former military members spouses / partners and children of military families under the Community Care Network. I provide individual, couples and family therapy to various populations through a variety of organizations. I use a holistic approach to therapy, and I specialize in trauma therapy.

I have a PhD (2015), two Master's degrees, a Bachelor's degree, an Associates, and various other certificates and trainings.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I specialize in trauma therapy through the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and / or Cognitive Processing Therapy. I work with depression, physical, sexual, mental/emotional abuse/trauma, bi-polar and various other diagnoses within my practice. Individual, family and couples therapy works to promote/empower clients to reach a healthier sense of self. I strive to meet the client where they're at and use a holistic approach to empower them to reach higher levels in their life.

What you can expect from our first session

I work very hard to provide an environment where clients feel comfortable and safe to discuss the issues causing them distress and concern, but to also provide a therapeutic environment where I can challenge a client to grow and move toward a mentally healthier life.
