No one is exempt from hardship. However, if daily demands feel challenging, if we can't shake a sense of dread/sadness, if we can't accept the person we've become, if we have a hard time getting through to our partner/others, if we struggle to close a door of the past, or if we're witnessing our loved one go through something we can't help them with, it is time to call on someone you can trust to discuss a better way to live and love life again. Our work will be a collaboration: You the expert of your life, and me the sounding board for potential areas of growth and change. The goal is contentment.
I believe in open communication with my clients so that we can confront what is stopping us from really enjoying the here-and-now. I have worked for 12 years to assist clients of all ages/backgrounds - to break old patterns. My experience is in cognitive-behavioral therapy, cross-cultural dialogue and trauma informed care - all with an accepting person centered approach. I am trained in hypnotherapy.
