Dr. Carrie Jones has a Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Counseling, owns her private practice and is also an LPC in the state of Texas.. She specializes in anxiety, depression, life transitions and other specific issues in mental health. She only accepts insurance for individuals. Couples and families must pay out-of-pocket.

Dr. Carrie is a retired educator with 25+ years of service; with 19 years as a school counselor and 4+ years as a domestic violence counselor in a women’s shelter.

I trust my intuition. Whether in my professional or personal life, my inner guide keeps me connected to my values and moral code. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) approaches mainly but are not limited to just those two. My approach depends on the needs of the client.
