Great to meet you!

Has depression stopped you in your tracks? Has a sense of emptiness settled over you? Perhaps you feel like nothing in life is worth the effort anymore. Are you feeling “stuck” during a transitional time of your life—perhaps adjusting to a new career, new baby, relationship, or living situation? Have you recently given birth and feel overwhelmed by everything? Do you feel ashamed or embarrassed that you’re unable to manage the stress on your own?

A bit about my approach to therapy

Fortunately, psychotherapy has the answers that you are looking for. With one-to-one sessions with a therapist like myself trained in treating depression, anxiety, maternal mental health concerns, and PTSD, you can learn skills to lessen depression, reduce anxiety, support postpartum mental health, heal from trauma, and find a positive way forward.

What you can expect from our first session

I am here to offer you help through life's most difficult transitions. Talking to someone who understands is the first step in lifting you out of shame and into empowerment, so you can feel like yourself again. * As my availability sometimes changes, please reach out via email or phone if you are interested in scheduling an appointment. Ph: (781) 819-0304 or Email: drcarolyngreene@protonmail.com. Please do not schedule directly on my Headway calendar for an initial meeting.
