Great to meet you!

My training background includes a MA in Forensic Psychology (i.e., working with people involved with the legal system) and a PsyD in Clinical Psychology (i.e., working with people from all walks of life), with a special focus on Therapeutic Assessment.

A bit about my approach to therapy

As your therapist, I can assure you that I will be with you every step of the way as we navigate uncertainties, explore challenging circumstances, and discover what it means to live a fulfilling life - together. I strive to help people live authentically by helping with building and making meaning of experiences across all facets of life. I invite vulnerability, curiosity, and creativity into the therapy space for us to explore what matters and why.

What you can expect from our first session

Not all identities are visible. As such, I live by the rule of "never make assumptions." I strongly believe in the importance of learning, exploring, and understanding context for all aspects of ourselves and others - as we humans can be pretty complex.
