People consider therapy for many different reasons, and I appreciate the courage it requires to take this first step. I offer a caring, safe and welcoming environment where together we can explore and address those areas in your life that trouble you and keep you feeling stuck. Whether you are seeking clarity on a specific issue or more broadly wish for something different out of life, you do not need to face those doubts and challenges on your own – I would welcome the opportunity to work with and alongside you in realizing your potential for meaningful growth and change.

We can work together to identify the changes you wish to make to forge a path toward greater peace, healing, and personal fulfillment. I draw on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) in my work, but more crucially strive to tailor and pace my approach to you and your needs. Each person's story is unique and deserves a therapeutic plan that is specially tailored to them.

Using a sensitive and holistic approach, I can help with issues of anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, cultural challenges, and work-life balance. I also specialize in the areas of grief and chronic illness, having worked for many years as a Clinical Supervisor at a national non-profit providing support to cancer patients and their loved ones.

Sessions are available remotely and in person.
