I draw on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) in my work, but more crucially strive to tailor and pace my approach to you and your needs. Each person's story is unique and deserves a therapeutic plan that is specially tailored to them.
Using a sensitive and holistic approach, I can help with issues of anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, cultural challenges, and work-life balance. I also specialize in the areas of grief and chronic illness, having worked for many years as a Clinical Supervisor at a national non-profit providing support to cancer patients and their loved ones.
