Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor certified by the state of Georgia where I was born and raised. I have a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Psychology from Georgia State University and a Masters of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mercer University with just under a decade of Clinical experience.

I specialize in working with individuals with trauma, depression, grief/loss, anxiety, anger, difficulties with work/life balance, and substance abuse.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have a well-rounded approach to therapy that is not only collaborative but holistic, as I believe that every individual deserves the chance to live a well-balanced physical, spiritual, and emotional life.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients that benefit the most are motivated and tired of doing things the way they have always done them in the past. Clients that are ready to try something else do their best to: incorporate daily self care, add time for reflection into their schedules, utilize or create support around them and allow me to bring expertise, unconditional positive regard and accountability to their lives. My Clients feel a greater sense of understanding of themselves and the world around and report empowerment.
