Great to meet you!

An Atlanta native that enjoys incorporating mindfulness practices along with evidence based treatments to create the best experience for you to achieve your goals.

I utilize 20 years in the field and just under a decade of clinical experience to combat trauma, depression, anxiety, work/life balance, burnout/compassion fatigue, and late diagnosed adults with ADHD.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and holistic. Gaining knowledge of your Mental, Physical, and Social influences informs how we approach your treatment in a unique way. We will work together combining expertise. Yours as the expert on your life and mine as a practitioner of Mental Health, Education, and a compassionate human being.

What you can expect from our first session

The take-away is empowerment and confidence in navigating life and all that comes with it. This comes from learning about yourself and gaining skills needed to thrive in the face of your suffering. Individuals that benefit the most are motivated and tired of doing things the same way. Clients that are ready to try something else do their best to: incorporate self care, utilize or create support around them and allow me to bring expertise, compassion and accountability to their lives.
