I specialize in trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy. I work with clients who may be facing complex post traumatic stress disorder caused by childhood neglect, abuse, or domestic violence. C-PTSD can lead to anxiety, depression, inability to regulate emotions, strained relationships, intense feelings of distrust, dissociation, and suicidal thoughts.
