Great to meet you!

As each of us goes through life, we will experience difficult transitions. It could be the loss of a loved one or pet to death through disease, accident, or natural causes. Personally, you or a loved one may face cancer or other life-threatening situations. Life’s transitions are challenging. In all cases, you will need support from family, friends, and professionals.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have supported diverse clients. I also addressed with clients associated conditions such as depression, anxiety, stress, loss of self-esteem, burnout, and just feeling stuck. Some clients have been diagnosed with various mental health and substance use disorders. In doing so, I have witnessed these clients gain greater self-awareness, healing, and more confidence. I offer empathetic and personable individualized therapeutic services utilizing different theoretical orientations.

What you can expect from our first session

You will have the opportunity to freely express yourself in a safe, warm, and non-judgmental space. I will also gently challenge you to be receptive to new perspectives on your healing journey. If you are an adult ready to face the wind of your life’s transition and address associated conditions, reach out to schedule an appointment today.
