Working with someone who can remain unbiased to support you with issues that are impacting your life is helpful. I am a therapist that is going to encourage you to challenge yourself and go through the challenging parts, not merely go around them. You show up, we will do the work.

I earned my Master of Social Work, Master of Education and Bachelor of Social Work from North Carolina State University and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Knowing that we need help can be hard and asking for help can be even harder.Together, we will work together and create a plan that is tailored for you, not a cookie cutter, one size fits all, type of approach.

I do believe laughter is an important part of life and think therapy provides opportunities for reflection, insight, growth and yes...some laughter. My therapeutic approach is both straight-forward and reflective.
