Great to meet you!

I'm so glad you're taking the time to check out my bio. I am a clinical psychologist as well as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. My primary focus is working with moms and women entrepreneurs to improve their mental health, self care routines and better balance their own needs with those of their family and their occupational goals and passions. I have been practicing in mental health since 2005 and look forward to working with you!

A bit about my approach to therapy

I tend to lean toward a solution-focused brief therapy approach, but also include some components of cognitive behavioral modalities in order to solicit effective changes. I am very interested in, and work systematically and cooperatively with you toward solving the problems and issues you face.

What you can expect from our first session

Each session, clients can expect techniques and activities that they will take outside the session and utilize within their day-to-day lives. The following weeks, we will discuss the impact these techniques have made, and adjust or maintain these new behaviors accordingly. "If you keep doing what you always did, you'll keep getting what you always got." Growth = Change
