A graduate of Agnes Scott College in Decatur, GA with a Bachelors in Psychology. I received my Masters in Professional Counseling as well as my Ed.S. with a specialization in Traumatalogy at Georgia State University in Atlanta, GA. I have over 15 years of experience working with individuals from different backgrounds with a focus on depression, anxiety, life changes, women's issues, parenting issues, and trauma.

A bit about my approach to therapy

It is important to meet people where they are and provide a safe and non-judgmental space for all clients. Though, I have an extensive background and training in CBT, it is more valuable for the client to provide a personalized experience as therapy is not a "one size fit all".
