I am a private practice psychotherapist and a self-proclaimed optimist who wants to support you through tough times to make essential mind shifts. My clinical work is steeped in discovery, self-reflection, and empathy. I was trained at NYU and specialize in difficult life transitions.

Those experiencing grief, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and achieving emotional balance and wellness benefit from our sessions. I hold Masters Degrees from Fordham University and NYU, and I am currently working towards my Ph.D at Simmons University in Boston. A somatic practitioner of meditation and breath work, I bring a lifelong dedication to learning to her commitment to mind, body and spirit.
