Great to meet you!

Life is complicated and requires balance to navigate through its hardest moments. I am a private practice psychotherapist and a self-proclaimed optimist who wants to support you through tough times to make essential mind shifts. My clinical work is steeped in discovery, self-reflection, and empathy. I was trained at NYU and specialize in difficult life transitions.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Those experiencing grief, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and achieving emotional balance and wellness benefit from our sessions. I hold Masters Degrees from Fordham University and NYU, and I am currently working towards my Ph.D at Simmons University in Boston. A somatic practitioner of meditation and breath work, I bring a lifelong dedication to learning to her commitment to mind, body and spirit.

What you can expect from our first session

Therapy is a very special and intimate connection. I work with clients to identify recurring patterns of thinking, behavior in their lives, ways to develop goals, and healthy coping mechanisms to progress with healthy and harmonious lives. I always start with a question about what brought you here. I give clients the opportunity to share their story. I often use humor to create a warm, relaxed environment that allows you to feel both comfortable and vulnerable while healing in public.
