What you can expect from our first session
Therapy is a very special and intimate connection. I always start with a question about what brought you here and I give clients the opportunity to share their story. Next, we focus on goals and what you hope to achieve in therapy. I often use humor and strive to create a warm, relaxed environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable.
