A bit about my approach to therapy

Recognizing the significance of spiritual connection in mental and holistic health, in 2019, I began intensive training to deepen my understanding. I study under renowned teachers nationally and internationally, driven by my observation of the pervasive need for spiritual connection among my clients and society. Understanding the interplay between the mind, body, and spirit, I integrate spiritual principles into my services, offering holistic guidance and support to navigate life's challenges.
