Hello! I am here to accompany you on your journey of self discovery and growth!

Change looks different for everyone and, for some, change may even seem like a game of chance. That's where I can help. I specialize in areas including mindfulness, anger management, coping skill development, and emotional regulation. With these skills and a judgment free space dedicated to fostering your own ability to grow, you may find that change doesn't have to be a roll of the dice.

A bit about my approach to therapy

When it comes to growth, a very limiting factor can be how some one thinks about themselves or their ability to reach their goals. That being said, I utilize a mindful cognitive behavioral approach to help one establish a new relationship their thoughts and feelings. When a person begins to work with their thoughts instead of against their thoughts, the results can be staggering!

By the end of our sessions my hope would be for you to have a different perspective on the challenges you may face. Additionally, I hope to have you leaving our session with a sense of calm and clarity that allows you to face your daily challenges with confidence.
