I believe healing can happen within relationships. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental environment by providing empathy and understanding where healing and growth can occur. Within the safety of a therapeutic relationship, I help my clients learn new ways of relating, understanding past trauma, and coping with the difficulties and stressors of life.
I specialize in helping teens and adults who struggle with trauma/PTSD, depression, anxiety, self-injury, and navigating the transition into adulthood. I provide individual therapy and tailor my approach to each individual I work with.
