Great to meet you!

I have degrees in psychology & social work. I serve adolescents, adults, & families dealing with pervasive mental, emotional & behavioral health needs as well as substance related needs. I provide care in community mental health, acute psychiatric settings as well as state based services including work with juvenile offenders. I provide therapeutic services to a wide range of clientele on issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, parenting skills, & ADHD.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe in a person-centered approach and meeting you where you are. I provide a non-judgmental, patient, supportive, and mutually respectful environment where you are able to practice self-expression. Through the use of rapport building, empathy, and our ongoing engagement and alignment with one another, I am confident we can come up with a treatment plan that fits your needs and is designed to help you meet your goals.

What you can expect from our first session

I want to help you dig beyond what may be coming up on the surface, build on your skills to deal with the root of the problem, and equip you with the tools you need to maintain better mental and emotional health.
