A bit about my approach to therapy
You know you are capable, and yet you feel like a failure. No matter how hard you try, you never feel like you are enough. Other people seem to handle life easily, and yet you struggle with everyday things. You have the desire to succeed, but things always seem to get in the way, and it seems like your fault. We will work together to help you function through life without feeling drained, set goals for yourself and actually accomplish them, and overall improve your self-esteem.
What you can expect from our first session
In the beginning our time together, you will feel Seen and Understood by me. Our journey will be dedicated to exploring your own internal world, and what happens inside of you across a variety of personal & professional situations. You'll feel improvements to your self-esteem, find strategies to help you navigate tough situations, and see an increase in your mood regulation.
