Brittany Lash, LPC-S has over 10 years of experience providing therapeutic services in multiple settings; from the streets of D.C. to the inpatient hospital. She specializes in crisis intervention, trauma therapy, suicide and risk assessment, safety to practice assessments, and is a certified Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT) provider who is skilled in working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, or other issues that may not carry a formal diagnosis. She focuses on treating the person, not the diagnosis!

Brittany’s variety of experiences, including doing field-based services and co-responder services, have given her a unique perspective that works well with medical professionals, first responders, veterans/military, and their families. She is a trainer for the Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) with the San Antonio Police Department and presents frequently at national and local conferences on a variety of subjects such as coordination of care between first responders and individuals in crisis, moral injury, and other topics that bridge easily into her therapy and into the lives of her clients.

She believes that change and introspection are not journeys that you have to face alone and will assist you on your way by walking at your side. Therapy is a partnership that helps guide us towards our goals, even if we don't quite know what those goals are.
