Brittany is certified in Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). She has expertise in trauma therapy to treat individuals suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). She has had experience supervising bachelors level, master level interns, marriage and family therapists, professional counselors, and social workers. She currently training to become an AAMFT Approved Supervisor and able to provide supervision for marriage and family therapists seeking full licensure. She has experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, and other mental health issues. Brittany is an expert in treating young adults, millennials, and black women.
Brittany Hardy founded The Hardy Clinic in 2018. She wanted to create a group practice for clinicians to practice, learn, and develop quality practices to enhance their therapeutic skills. As a family therapist, Brittany specializes in providing systemic psychotherapy and treating all aspects of clients’ lives. Being an integral part of clients’ progression towards living a more fulfilling life is one of the core values at The Hardy Clinic.
