Specializes in

Anxiety and Trauma

Great to meet you!

I'm a New York-based licensed therapist who uses evidence-based treatment methods to help people with anxiety and trauma heal from their symptoms. I specialize in working with women and LGBTQ+ clients of all ages. As a holistic provider I am skilled in cognitive-behavioral therapy, traditional "talk therapy" and somatic therapies such as Brainspotting that are aimed at healing physical anxiety and nervous system dysregulation.

A bit about my approach to therapy

In session I offer a full assessment that includes education about your symptoms and a treatment plan, a compassionate space for emotional process, and tangible coping strategies tailored to your unique needs. I help you set boundaries and practice communicating assertively. I am also here to discuss general thoughts about your week! I'm happy to work with whatever you bring to our sessions.

What you can expect from our first session

I aim to help you grow as a whole person, improve the strengths you already have, and modify the patterns that aren't working for you. My clients often note feeling more confident in their ability to manage life stress and anxiety, improved feelings of resilience, and a newfound sense of non-judgmental self-awareness. I look forward to working with you!
