Great to meet you!

Do you struggle with sleeping problems? I specialize at Dawn Health in evidence-based therapy for insomnia & other sleep challenges. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) is extremely effective, & most of my patients only need 4-5 sessions to see lasting improvements in their sleep! Find a convenient time below, by clicking "Check Availability" & we will guide you through checking your insurance so you know if your co-pay is $0. I'm excited to meet you & get you sleeping your best!

A bit about my approach to therapy

I offer my clients an integrative approach to treatment. This provides you with a safe approach to exploring your emotions. I understand that each individual is different and needs vary from client to client. Using different therapeutic orientations offers each client a unique therapy experience. I also help you work through any comorbidities that you may experience with your insomnia like anxiety, hyperarousal, & racing thoughts.

What you can expect from our first session

I hope you will leave each session feeling lighter than you did when you arrived. At the end 4-5 weeks of CBT-I, you should start to see permanently improved sleep.
