Great to meet you!

Do you typically have it all together, but recently the joys of life have been wiped out by anxiety and depression. Maybe a mother, struggling to manage your new normal and you feel disconnected from your baby and family? Possibly you have trauma surrounding your birth experience. Perhaps you’re a father who can’t seem to control your mood swings, and you’ve found yourself constantly on “edge”. Maybe a parent struggling and seeking help for a child that has ADHD and behavioral issues.

A bit about my approach to therapy

If so, I am here to help, by offering patient centered, trauma informed, evidence based care to help you navigate, heal and your mental health. I believe in a collaborative approach, and creating individualized treatment plans. I have experience in providing care for all ages, genders and a variety of mental health disorders.

What you can expect from our first session

If you can resonate with any of the feelings above and you’re ready for the change you deserve, please feel free to reach out! Congratulations on taking the first step to healing. And remember, it’s never too late to embrace a better you!- In person: Houston, TX Virtual: Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Texas, Kansas, Arizona, Delaware & Montana
