Great to meet you!

I am the founder of Stay Healthy! I'm a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner and adult-gerontology primary care nurse practitioner. I am enthusiastic to utilize my experience, skills, and knowledge to establish an enduring and trusting relationship with clients and significantly make a difference in the lives of others. As a dual-certified nurse practitioner, I understand the complexity of mental health, wellness, health promotion, and the effects of stress and chronic illness.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My goal is for you to stay healthy to meet your individual needs and goals. Access to quality healthcare is what inspired me to establish my practice. I partner with individuals, establish a relationship, and assist them to achieve and maintain wellness. I take a comprehensive, holistic, individualized approach to mental health; providing both psychiatric and psychotherapy services during your visit. In addition to diagnosing and prescribing medications as indicated.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal is to provide excellent evidence-based, compassionate care to my clients, meeting their physical, psychological, and psychosocial needs; taking into consideration the diversity in healthcare. I enjoy working with individuals through life transitions, stress management, anxiety, depression, mood instability, and ADHD. Together we can "achieve & maintain the healthiest you" at Stay Healthy!
