Great to meet you!

Hi, I am Blake Williamson. Please email me before scheduling to confirm my availability. Thanks. blakehealingforyou@gmail.com. I will respond during normal business hours. I have been in private practice for over 13 years. I specialize in anxiety, depression, anger issues, addiction, trauma and PTSD.

Psychotherapy & counseling can help us to heal. Mental health is interconnected to physical health. If I find your issues are beyond my scope and practice, I will refer you to other therapists, etc.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am active in asking questions to get to know my clients, clarifying their goals and helping them to achieve their goals. I use CBT, Cognitive behavioral therapy and if needed, traumatic incident reduction therapy. I ask that clients give 24 hour notice or greater if they can't make a session. I have a $100 missed session fee. You can cancel less than 24 hours if you are having an emergency issue. Clients will need to sign a consent with me that I will email to you. Thanks.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect me to clarify their goals. Clients can expect tools, techniques and homework to assist them with their goals. I look forward to working with you.
