My goal is to create a safe place where you feel comfortable to share your thoughts and feelings without judgement. I am a trained in various modalities that can address anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and much more.
A bit about my approach to therapy
Therapy is a collaboration between you and your therapist but with you - the client - always in the driver's seat. Together, we will work to change self-destructive behaviors and thinking, resolve painful feelings, improve your relationships, and more. We may examine your past and talk about how it impacts your opinion of yourself today. We will prioritize and get to work on breaking through those mental barriers that are keeping you from living your very best life!
What you can expect from our first session
My goal with every session is to hold space for you to feel validated, heard and cared for. You will walk away with new insights, new curiosities about yourself and sometimes homework in between sessions. Although a lot of work will take place within our sessions, a lot of processing will occur in between sessions on your own.
