My passion is to collaborate and support individuals who are working through challenges brought on by life stressors and trauma. I believe that therapy offers room to expand on the connection between emotional and physical health. My goal for clients is to gain awareness of how their emotions, feelings, and thoughts affect their mental state and overall wellness.
A bit about my approach to therapy
My specialty is supporting individuals as they navigate the challenges that arise within their life and past experiences. I specialize in mood, generalized anxiety and trauma disorders, along with performance anxiety. I offer a safe space to work through issues with a integrative approach. I am trauma informed and EMDR trained.
