Anxiety, Depression, and Stress

Great to meet you!

Life in a constantly evolving landscape demands we attend to our mental health needs. Prioritizing emotional wellness works hand-in-hand with optimizing overall health. Anxiety, stress, trauma, depression, distress over relationships or even world events may overwhelm and disrupt your ability to find the life you deserve. Psychotherapy is a process I’ve learned to trust and would love to help you trust it, too. The process of your life unfolding will come with clarity, confidence, and grace.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I'm dedicated to providing a harmonious blend of creative arts therapy, talk therapy, mindfulness, and positive psychology. I strive to create an experience that is safe, respectful, inclusive, and inviting, where expression of thoughts, concerns and emotions are always made welcome. My approach is client centered, holistic and informed by positive psychology, humanistic theory, and above all, the creative process itself within the psychotherapeutic relationship.

What you can expect from our first session

My aim is for you to be comfortable and communicative in any way that feels most natural to you. It begins with a phone call; a no cost, no obligation consultation. As you begin to feel at ease, feel heard, feel hopeful, we continue to build a deeper system that will help explore your needs and expectations. Creative expression requires no art experience and gives voice to your innate desire for wholeness and stability.
