What if I told you that you already possess everything you need inside of you to be best version of yourself? Would you believe me?

I believe you do, because I believe all human beings possess these qualities. However, too often, past traumas and current stressors can steal away pieces of your true joyful self. As a result, you may feel anxious, depressed, inadequate, and worthless. When you feel these things, you may act in ways you don’t like, or repeat the same destructive patterns over and over again. Each time this happens, you wonder to yourself, “What the heck just happened!” “This isn’t who I am.” Yet, despite your best efforts, the cycle continues. I am here to tell you that none of this is your fault, and there is hope.

Using a Holistic, trauma informed approach to therapy I can help you find those lost pieces of your best self. Together, we’ll put them back together in a way that not only helps you to heal, but grow. I can teach you ways to cope with current anxiety and stress, as well as understand your past story so you have the tools and skills to write the next chapters of your life to be the ones you’ve always dreamed of.

I offer traditional forms of therapy such as talk therapy, EMDR, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing. In addition, as a certified 300-hour Yoga teacher, Mindfulness practitioner, and Reiki Master I also utilize principles and practices from these modalities in my work with clients. My approach with clients is authentic, compassionate, and when appropriate, humorous. I view my work with clients in that we are two human beings on a journey. You are the driver and I am the passenger. My job is to help you navigate your inner landscape. When our work is complete, you’ll have the confidence and tools to continue the journey on your own. Contact me if you’re ready to embark on this journey.

All potential clients are offered one complimentary 15-minute phone consultation. Please utilize my calendar to schedule yours.
