There are many choices when seeking guidance and support from therapy. I am here to walk with you through the process. My treatment approach is integrative, with an emphasis on helping clients gain insight and make behavioral changes. In most cases, I use a combination of mindfulness based, interpersonal, emotionally-focused, and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) methods to help clients understand themselves, learn healthy coping strategies, and change troublesome behaviors. My approach is strength-based, goal oriented and solution focused. I enjoy working with my clients to deepen and strengthen relationships - with each other and within themselves. I aim to create a safe place where together we can explore what and how you want to change, viewing our time together as a sacred space filled with compassion and never judgment. In collaboration, we discover what is behind the challenges keeping you from becoming who you want to be, and we then discover the solutions that can make that change happen.
