Great to meet you!

I am a bilingual psychotherapist with extensive experience in individual therapy, family therapy, and support groups. My work fosters emotional well-being and resilience in clients from varied cultural backgrounds and ages.

I strive for excellence in treating anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, life transitions, stress management, relationship issues, and building parenting capacity. I am committed to fostering culturally and trauma-informed care for every individual.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solutions Focused, Evidence-Based Parenting, Perinatal Mental Health, and other approaches in therapy.

I have specialized training to work with pregnant women and new mothers navigating one of the most critical phases of their lives.

I work with individuals meeting them where they are. I am fully bilingual (Spanish).
