**The Mindly Group**

If you are facing very real stressors such as family conflict, childhood trauma, feeling unsafe during the pandemic, or losing a job you may feel “stuck on high” and feeling anxious or “stuck on low” and feeling down and depressed. I firmly believe that the body wants to find equilibrium, and I think my role as a therapist is to help you more fully connect with yourself in your body and deeply held sense of who you are at your core so that you can tackle whatever brings you to therapy. I appreciate the depth of the mind-body connection and integrate that connection into therapy using a variety of evidence-based approaches.

My work is person-centered, trauma-informed, and focused on the outcomes you identify. I have experience working with adolescents and adults confronting grief, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, parenting issues, life transitions, spiritual concerns, and many other mental health challenges and stressors.

We all need an extra dose of patience and creativity in this challenging time; please reach out if you think I might be able to partner with you on your journey towards becoming well. I am currently accepting new adolescent and adult clients in North Raleigh for limited in person and telehealth appointments. Services can be provided in English or Spanish.
