I strive to create an open and inclusive environment that allows each individual the opportunity to work towards their unique therapeutic goals. There is no one size fits all in therapy, therefore my treatment approach is integrative and strengths based. Drawing from many frameworks including mindfulness, motivational interviewing, DBT and CBT. Having a background working with both substance use and mental illness I feel comfortable working with a broad range of individuals. Together we can collaborate to make meaningful life changes.
I exclusively offer telehealth services having found it offers clients the opportunity to receive quality treatment in a more comfortable and convenient setting.
