Great to meet you!

You have experienced an end to a relationship. You find yourself feeling as though someone has pulled the rug out beneath you leaving your heart feeling broken and in pain. You feel beaten down, emotionally raw, lost, or stuck. Plagued by anxiety, nightmares, flashbacks, and insomnia. Imagine what life could be like, if you could break free from the heavy weight- letting go of that pain, anger, and painful memories. Experiencing positive energy, self love, and personal success.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Healing is possible. I am always learning the most current modalities for effectively treating relationship trauma. Using a combination of trauma attuned-cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, somatic experiencing, and hypnosis. I will help you recognize you deserve good in your life. Let's bring happiness back to you.
