Great to meet you!

I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) in the state of Massachusetts. I currently provide online video telehealth individual therapy and work with adults & teens age 18+. I have been working in the human services field for 7+ years in a variety of roles and settings. I graduated from Cambridge College in 2017 with a Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling and have been licensed as an independent practitioner since December 2019.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I offer a non-judgmental approach to what brings you to seek out therapy. I have an approach to therapy that is grounded in a foundation that all behavior has meaning. Therapy is a collaborative process undertaken between you and a therapist, designed to empower you to accomplish mental health and wellness goals. I provide services to individuals. For counseling to be most effective, it is important that you take an active role in the process.

What you can expect from our first session

It is important to acknowledging that each person's experience is unique and that the impacts of the same event for two people could be very different based on many factors.
