A bit about my approach to therapy

My focus is to help you heal, energize, and become aware of your inner strengths.

Whether you are experiencing psychological challenges such as depression, stress, anxiety, trauma, and grief; are stuck in behaviors that result from past hurts, need to develop healthier relationships, are experiencing parenting conflict, or want to become empowered to achieve a particular personal goal, there is hope to find your solutions. I am here to help you find your path to peace and emotional restoration.

What you can expect from our first session

I am personable, genuine, and laid-back. I’m known to those around me as the enthusiastic but warm personality that makes it easy to talk about anything, which makes me a pretty good fit to be a therapist. I help you lay all of the “puzzle pieces” of your life out and then we look at the big picture together. We’ll look the things that are holding you back and create plans to overcome them. I’ll help you put all the pieces back together again to form the picture you set out to draw for yourself.
