I am a licensed clinical psychologist and marriage and family therapist who specializes in anxiety, trauma, grief and loss as well as relational difficulties. After gaining clinical experience and training with children and adults for the last 15 years, I have developed the belief that healing and growth occur through connections. A mission of my private practice is to help people foster deeper, meaningful connections to themselves, others, and the world. Using a relational approach that embraces your own values and unique needs, I strive to create a secure and nurturing place where you feel heard, seen, and understood. With great compassion and empathy, I walk alongside you during your journey.
My goal is to assist you in moving towards a more fulfilling life. In collaboration with you, I highlight your strengths, restore your power, and find lasting resolutions. Utilizing your inherent strengths and values, I will help you uncover patterns that do not serve your best interests. I will also guide you to cultivate self-awareness and develop practical skills that you can use to solve challenges you are facing. No single approach fits everyone’s needs. I use an integrative model that incorporates Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness CBT, Family Systems, and Attachment, and Trauma Theories.
