Ashti Mistry is an LICSW working in the field of perinatal health, anxiety, depression, navigating cultural identities, grief and loss. She enjoys working with individuals around a variety of life transitions or relationship issues. As a POC provider, she is uniquely situated to help those who identify as POC.

Ashti is also a mother of two young children!

I am an actively engaged therapist using a variety of therapeutic perspectives including cognitive behavioral, relational and family systems. I have a warm/compassionate approach, with a keen ability to recognize and address patterns that may be impacting clients capacity for growth and healing.

Clients can expect to experience a safe, open, nonjudgmental space where they feel heard and understood, with a new perspective or insight into their concern that they may not have had before.
