Great to meet you!

As a mother of 3 young children, I have a special place in my heart for parents, guardians, and caregivers. The way that we pour into others is definitely a superpower and we deserve to pour into ourselves as well! I enjoy helping others find that balance as we flow through our own life transitions.

A bit about my approach to therapy

It is important to select someone who makes you feel comfortable. During our initial consultation, we will get to know one another and allow space for questions and feedback. If we choose to move forward, we will start where you are and set realistic expectations as wellness is a journey not a final destination.

What you can expect from our first session

I work with clients who are experiencing challenges that accompany various life transitions. Whether it be professional or personal, I will serve as your guide, curating a plan that is unique to you and your experience. Most of my clients benefit from this approach and the ability to navigate their own mental wellness journey.
