Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working with a variety of clients, including those with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and stress. Historically, my focus has been women experiencing postpartum depression or fertility issues, general anxiety and panic related issues, and identity exploration.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach generally focuses on helping people gain emotional and mental self-awareness, skill building, and cognitive and emotional management. I also value, and spend time on, developing trust with clients. it serves an important role in the process of healing.

What you can expect from our first session

In our first session, you can expect to judge if I am a good fit for you. Therapy can involve discomfort, but it is important that you feel comfortable enough to be more open with me as we get to know each other. We will develop goals for therapy together and I help you develop tools in therapy to use in service of those goals.
