Experienced, licensed therapist with over 10+ years’ experience working with individuals, couples and families. I also possess over 20+ years’ experience working with adolescents in an educational setting. My goal is to help clients gain a greater sense of inner peace through the achievement of personal goals and developing harmony, oneness, and satisfaction in their lives. This is accomplished by helping clients understand their inner selves and stimulating change at the core of their being.

I counsel under the belief of three important principles: (1) that everyone has the ability to change; (2) while we cannot change what happened in the past, we can change how those past events affect us in the present; and (3) we are always in charge of our emotions, regardless of the surrounding circumstances.
