My goal is to help my clients get to the root of their symptoms which is why I use practices that have been shown to be effective in improving trauma-related symptoms as well as overwhelming symptoms related to anxiety and depression.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I graduated in 2015 from The University of Texas in El Paso. I am currently Licenced in Texas and New Mexico. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

Sessions are tailored to the client's needs and what they are seeking from therapy. During our first visit, an assessment will be completed, we will start building rapport as well as a care plan which will include the client's goals and objectives. Clients will be able to process what is underneath unhelpful cognitions and behaviors.
