Difficulty in life is an opportunity to know yourself better, love yourself deeper, and allow transformational healing. As a mental health counselor, I’m passionate about helping people from all walks of life navigate life’s challenges and achieve better emotional health and wellbeing. My fascination with the mind-body connection led me to obtain a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and Behavioral Medicine Program at Boston University School of Medicine. My interests include managing anxiety and depression, coping with trauma and loss, coping with chronic pain and chronic illness, and building healthy relationships. I have over 10 years of experience in the mental health field and have worked with active-duty military, veterans, faith leaders, formerly incarcerated individuals, people navigating recovery from addition, survivors of intimate partner violence, survivors of childhood abuse, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. I believe all people deserve opportunities for healthy relationships, connectedness, compassion, safety, and space to grow into the best version of themselves. If you are ready to journey towards achieving your goals, I’m ready to walk with you.
Credentials: I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) in Florida and a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in Georgia and New Jersey.
