About Me

Are you or a loved one struggling with balancing daily life stressors of family, work, and/or school? Does the smallest thing seem to trigger you or a loved one? Have you become increasingly concerned about your loved one’s behavior at home or school? Is your loved one not engaging in activities that once brought them joy? Are you or a loved one experiencing a lack of energy? Are you or a loved one burnt out at work, school, and/or at home? Are you or a loved one abusing substances of any kind to self-medicate? If you answered “Yes” to any of these questions, I am here to help!

These are all signs of depression and anxiety, and you must be brave enough to change your thinking to influence your mood positively. I help clients struggling with anger, aggressive behaviors, drug addiction, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief and loss, trauma, parenting stress, school stress, and many other adjustment-related struggles.

Over the past 10 years, I have worked with adults, adolescents, and their families in the community, outpatient, inpatient, and residential treatment settings. Through our therapeutic partnership and evidence-based practices, my clients will develop healthy emotional regulation techniques, healthy coping skills, and positive thinking habits.
