I am an LCSW who graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill with a BA in psychology in 2014 and from Colorado State University with a master's in social work in 2020. I work specifically with children to help them find within them what they need to heal.

I utilize creative body-based therapies to help people understand themselves better, process things that are stuck within them, and communicate their needs effectively. I work primarily with children and the important people around them because I believe that healing happens within connection. I have been trained in Synergetic Play Therapy, Child-centered Play Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Brainspotting.

Children can expect to have one on one time where they get to be in charge and we can work together to help them understand their big feelings. Families can expect to have concrete feedback, time to talk about their experiences, and actionable goals between sessions.
