I have extensive experience working with children, couples, and families as well as military counseling. I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy techniques, solution focused therapy, and experiential therapy. I will work with you to develop treatment goals and to consistently work toward achieving those goals by examining thoughts and values that are leading to internal conflict, teaching new skills and practicing these skills through targeted homework assignments and behavioral experiments

My style is casual and laid back and I use humor and teaching stories to help clarify meaning and lead to better absorption of concepts and from time to time, I use gentle confrontation as needed. I travel extensively and will frequently have hours based on alternative locations. I am currently licensed in 5 states including GA, HI, NC, FL and VA.
