Great to meet you!

Welcome -- I'm glad you're here! I see New York-based clients through my virtual practice, where I focus on experiences of trauma, obsessive thinking, and strengthening relationships.

A bit about my approach to therapy

In sessions, I'm collaborative and curious, and though therapy can sometimes feel heavy, I'm just as committed to supporting you in your quest for pleasure and joy as in helping you heal past hurts. My goal is to make therapy feel like a gift you give yourself; a chunk of time to courageously explore your own thoughts, desires, and patterns.

What you can expect from our first session

We'll work together to identify both what's bringing you to therapy right now and what I notice during our work together. I take an actively trauma-informed, anti-racist lens to my work, and we’ll look at not just a particular diagnosis or set of symptoms, but also at the larger systems and structures that might be impacting your life. Most of all, I want therapy with me to feel useful to you, and to be something you can develop and carry with you.
