Great to meet you!

I believe in meeting people where they’re at--even if it’s rock bottom. I believe in radical acceptance, unconditional care, and creating a non-judgmental space when it comes to mental health. I am experienced in inpatient and outpatient settings, with some of the most marginalized populations with severe and chronic mental health symptoms..

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have found the most success with patients and clients in connecting on a more humanistic and casual therapeutic style. However you feel most comfortable, be it over a cup of coffee, over the phone, or by going on a walk—we can find what works for you and us.

I incorporate different styles of therapeutic modalities to work with you to create an individualized care plan.

What you can expect from our first session

I want you to feel that you’re genuinely and unconditionally cared for. It’s important for me that you feel that I provide an environment to facilitate your goals. Every session should be a learning opportunity.
